Get version of MAGMA

Hello:

Is there any function for getting version of MAGMA, like magma_version() or similar?

Please do this, it is useful to be able to document at run time what version has been used.

Please also note that in the ReleaseNotes of V 1.2.1 the new entries are marked "1.x.x", itself a bug to be corrected.

Fixed for the next release. New constants are added:
#define MAGMA_VERSION_MAJOR 1
#define MAGMA_VERSION_MINOR 2
#define MAGMA_VERSION_MICRO 1
and a function magma_version( &major, &minor, &micro ).

I updated the release notes, as well. Thanks.
