We just released MAGMA version 0.2.
This new version has the LU, QR, and Cholesky factorizations in complex arithmetic.

The new CUDA 3.0 has the additional complex functionality that we needed but it is still available for registered developers only. We plan to add shortly complex version to all of the MAGMA functionality currently released.
Regarding the second question, we released a subset of BLAS that is specific to what we have currently needed in MAGMA. Some of it is general enough and is released in interface following the BLAS standard. Please let us know if you need something specific (in case we have it internally, without having it in the release).
