bug in latest release

When I tried to compile plasma 2.5.1 I got the following error:

zgecon.c:30: error: ‘LAPACK_GLOBAL’ declared as function returning a function
zgecon.c:30: warning: parameter names (without types) in function declaration
zgecon.c: In function ‘PLASMA_zgecon_Tile_Async’:
zgecon.c:337: error: ‘zlacn2’ undeclared (first use in this function)
zgecon.c:337: error: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
zgecon.c:337: error: for each function it appears in.)
zgecon.c:337: error: ‘ZLACN2’ undeclared (first use in this function)
make[1]: *** [zgecon.o] Error 1
make[1]: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....
make[1]: Leaving directory `/share/apps/plasma_2.5.1/compute'
make: *** [libplasma] Error 2
[root@penzias plasma_2.5.1]# l

Which I believe is a bug.

There is no difference if I am trying to compile with icc or gnu.
