Hi Joshua,
PLASMA and QUARK have never had a Visual Studio build setup, though there used to be a precompiled Windows library.
For some earlier versions of PLASMA (older version 2.4.0), we used the CMake build tool along with the Intel Compiler suite and MKL libraries to build a PLASMA library for Windows. This was distributed as a prebuilt Windows library that could be incorporated into other projects. This version is still available via the PLASMA website (look for older software releases).
However, the Windows build for PLASMA has received a lower priority recently, and it has fallen behind the PLASMA distribution (which now at version 2.5.0 beta 1).
If there is sufficient interest for us to assign more resources to this, we should be able to get the Windows version up to date again.
Please let us know your level of interest?
Would a precompiled Windows library be sufficient for your needs?
What BLAS library would you be using?
Regards,
Asim
