Re: magma_dormtr

Hello, I am trying to call magma_dormtr (RC5) directly with my code. When I attempt to compile my code, I get the same errors that I received when I tried to compile it with RC3. Specifically, I get these error messages: /magma/magma_1.0.0-rc5/lib/libmagma.a(auxiliary.o): In function `printout_devic...

Re: RC5 magma_dsytrd (actually, dlartd)

Thanks for the explanation. So, is the magma_dsymv that is used in that definition correct and stable?

RC5 magma_dsytrd (actually, dlartd)

Hello! I think I may have found an error in RC5 dlatrd.cpp. In RC3, in src/dlatrd.cpp, I find this statement: #define cublasDsymv magmablas_dsymv However, in RC5, I don't find that statement. Here is the output I get from running testing_dsytrd as is: device 0: Tesla C2070, 1147.0 MHz clock, 5375.2 ...

Re: Error compiling RC5

Perhaps this is a trailing underscore issue.

Re: RC5 testing_dsyevd

Thanks for your reply. How am I "stressing" my CPUs? How do I avoid this? (Or should I?)

Re: RC5 testing_dsyevd

I have ran a few other testing_* executables and get the temperature message there as well.

RC5 testing_dsyevd

Hello, I have been able to compile magma on my machine and I am running some tests from the "testing" directory. When I ran "testing_dsyevd", I get these results: device 0: Tesla C2070, 1147.0 MHz clock, 5375.2 MB memory device 1: Tesla C2050, 1147.0 MHz clock, 2687.4 MB memory Usage: testing_dsyevd...

Re: MAGMA 1.0

I am about to dive in to the new RC5. Is there a list online of the new changes in RC5?

Thanks,
Jeremiah
